Workshop on Smart, Blue and Green Maritime Technologies


The 3rd Workshop on Smart, Blue and Green Maritime Technologies (SBGMT) presents a new extension of the Baška GNSS Conference that is traditionally held at Baška, Island of Krk, Croatia. The aim of the Workshop is to enhance current and future GNSS and navigation applications to a broader research area, with a focus on technologies and solutions for safer, more reliable and greener shipping. The main objectives of the SBGMT Workshop are related to environmentally friendly shipping based on associated blue and green technologies and solutions in the maritime sector, various decision support and unmanned systems in maritime navigation, on-board measurement systems and advanced signal processing and control algorithms, computational intelligence and machine learning for data analysis and enhancement of ship intelligence.


Technologies for more reliable, greener and safer shipping:


The Workshop should bring together maritime and marine technology oriented research organizations, ship designers, naval architects, fleet operators, maritime professionals, university professors, lecturers, researchers, postgraduate and graduate students. Experts from all around the world will present their views and current findings, exchanging their ideas and enhancing their research network. Besides the planned plenary sessions and keynote expert speakers, the Workshop presents an excellent discussion platform for interested researchers of any level, maritime professionals, and students.
