Papers and posters will be reviewed by an international programme committee and programme advisory team. Authors will be notified of the decision of the programme committee. All accepted papers and posters will be included in the conference programme.

Author prepares abstract text for submission. The abstract should be 100-300 words in length
Author submits contact information and abstract via online portal (link at foot of this page)
Deadline for abstract submission: 26 July
Programme team review, in consultation with programme advisory team. Author advised of review outcome
Author notification (peer-review): 9 August
Author notification (non-peer review): 6 September
Author prepares paper / poster and submits to event team prior to conference (instructions will be provided with acceptance notification)
Full paper deadline for peer-review papers: 6 September
Author notification (peer-review): 4 October
