Grounding of general cargo vessel - ECDIS Navigation problems

The UK MAIB has published a report on the grounding and subsequent total loss of the vessel KAAMI off the West Coast of Scotland. The event took place on 21 March 2020 and resulted in the vessel being declared a constructive total loss.
