Donations to the RIN
The RIN is a registered charity and welcomes donations.
Events: cancellations are accepted up to 28 days prior to the event (100% refund). A 50% refund applies for refund requests 7-28 days before the event.
RIN shop: returns are accepted up to 28 days as long as the item is in as-new condition, has not been worn where applicable, and is in its original packaging. A refund or credit will be issued. The customer is responsible for any
costs associated with returning the item to RIN.
RIN Members: Temporary Financial Distress
Your Institute recognises there can be times when members may need temporary assistance with RIN membership fees. For example, due to being between jobs or starting a family. If this is you right now - please do contact us.
We can offer membership fee relief up to 100% in such cases. We don't want temporary financial distress to result in losing a valued RIN member.
