UK Supreme Court finds negligent navigational passage planning can render a Ship unseaworthy

In a landmark ruling, the UK Supreme Court has ruled that negligent navigational passing planning by the Master and Officers of a Ship caused the vessel to be unseaworthy by not marking areas of navigational danger etc.
