The most important points from the Call for papers are as follows:
1. In response to numerous requests, the submission deadline is extended to 25th April, 2019.
2. Following the International Programme and Organising Cmte's decision last year, authors with intentions to publish manuscripts in the conference proceedings are requested to submit completed manuscripts by the deadline set. However, a number of participants have interest in speaking only, so an invitation to present their abstracts for formal review has been issued.
3. UN International Committee on GNSS Working Group S (Signals and spectrum) will again participate to Baška GNSS Conference, and will hold its meeting after it (16 - 18 May, 2019).
4. The schedule of 13th Baška GNSS Conference has been adjusted to allow for participation to the spatio-temporally close UN International Space Weather Initiative Workshop in the nearby Trieste, Italy, on 20 - 24 May, 2019, the week after 13th Baška GNSS Conference. With the intention to support the UN event and assist interested parties in participation to both events, 13th Baška GNSS Conference sponsor Krapina University of Applied Science kindly offered a complementary coach Baška - Trieste transfer on 19th May, 2019.
