"Early Career" refers to anyone at an early stage in their journey within a particular career path, regardless of age. This could include recent graduates, individuals transitioning from another sector, or those building experience in a new area of work. It encompasses young professionals as well as those making a career change, and recognises the diverse routes people take into the PNT community. Next Gen Nav’s key focus is bridging the gap between early career professionals and employers. Many emerging professionals aren’t aware of the wide range of opportunities within the PNT sector, while employers have reported challenges locating emerging talent. As well as the chance to hone presentation skills and forge useful contacts, Next Gen Nav offers insights into the state of the industry from both an employer and early career professional perspective. Whether you're presenting for the first time, keen to connect with peers, or curious about where a career in PNT could take you, Next Gen Nav exists to bolster your career toolbox.
