The Resilient Navigation & Timing (RNT) Foundation has found a partial explanation of Galileo's extended outage in July.
Quoting 'The A Register', the RNT Foundation gives details of the failure of Galileo over the Summer. It seems that Pierre Delsaux, EC Deputy Director General, has sought to blame a single individual for the system going dark; but insiders also warn that organisational chaos, excessive secrecy and some unusual self-regulation is as much to blame.
